Lets talk gutter guards (beware.... long post...) We've all heard mixed reviews about if they will work or not, so I wanted to clarify a few things.
•YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!•
Those cheap white plastic guards are completely worthless. The drain holes in them are huge allowing all sorts of debris to get through, and they get heavily damaged by the sun. Not to mention, critters LOVE to help you remove them.
Let me tell you what does work though- MICRO MESH!!!
We use a high-quality micromesh gutter guard that are made from aluminum and stainless steel. They are extremely light weight, won’t rust or corrode, and do a phenomenal job at filtering small roofing particles and repelling pine needles. They have ridges on them as well that prevent the leaves from sticking to them, allowing them to blow clear of the gutter guard. These gutter guards are screwed in place, so critters and wind can not lift them away, and they are backed by a 25yr manufacturer warranty for product defects. While they do cost more, the product is far superior in every way!

Gutter Service:
• Gutter cleaning with installation of gutter guards is a COMPLIMENTARY (free) service.
• Cleaning process involves removal of debris from gutters, and washing gutter channels / flushing downspouts to ensure proper flow. This is crucial prior to installing guards as lack of proper water flow and making sure all debris is cleared from the downspouts could result in debris backing up into freshly cleaned gutters. Being that gutter guards will be installed, it will be very hard to clean them again.
• General repairs: removal of old silicone from end caps and applying new silicone in its place. Install new gutter hangers where necessary. Fascia will be inspected for rot.
• Finally, installation of the Micro Mesh guards!
